LaDa began in 2018 with a handful of vacation properties in Orlando, Florida. What started as a family-run experiment quickly grew: within a few years we were managing homes for major hotel brands and private owners alike.
In 2023 we launched our full-service co-hosting program — designed for owners who want the income of a luxury short-term rental without any of the day-to-day work. Today we manage properties all across the U.S.A., with the same soft-touch standard we brought to that very first Orlando home.
